I'm often asked what some of my favorite restaurants are in various locations. As a chef some of my favorite restaurants are in Chicago; The Publican, Hot Chocolate, and Naha's. I highly recommend all three and each excel at what they uniquely create in a dining experience.

9.29.09 | Thank You! 6th Annual Todd Buetow Memorial Golf Outing A Success We'd like to take a moment here to say "thank you" to all those participating in the 6th Annual Todd Buetow Memorial Golf Outing this past Saturday. After some early concern, the weather turned out to be perfect for the afternoon of golf at South Hills. And as always, we enjoyed hosting the 'post golfing' portion of the day back here. Thanks to you all on this special day for being there and making the day what it was.

Those days are gone as we join the trend against second hand smoke sweeping the state. Now you can look forward to truly enjoying your food in clean, fresh air each time you visit. Aside from the health benefits, no longer masked by smoke, you'll be able to better enjoy the smells and aromas of the foods you're tasting, as well as those ordering around you. It's a difference you'll be able to notice.
