Time: 12:00 Registration
1:00p.m. Shotgun Start
5:30p.m. Cocktails & Buffet at Theo's

Format: Four Player Scramble

Cost: $80 Per Player ( Includes )
-18 Holes of Golf with Cart
-Box Lunch

-2 Beverage Tickets

Registration Deadline is Monday, Sept. 21, 2009

** Dinner tickets for Spouses / Guests may be purchased at the course or at Theo's Restaurant

Pick up a signup form at Theo's, complete, and return with checks( payable to South Hills Club )to Theo's or to Don Chateau at South Hills Country Club

Please join us for this year's outing at South Hills Golf & Country Club. Tee off is at 1:00pm followed by a buffet dinner, drinks, awards, live music and fun back at Theo's for you and a guest after the golfing portion. We hope to see you all again this year. Here is a link to the golf course.

All proceeds from this event are split equally between the American Diabetes Association and St. Mary's Springs High School for tuition assistance.

BACKGROUND

The Todd Buetow Memorial Scholarship was established in 2004 with a special ongoing mission. Each year thousands of dollars in proceeds from the Theo's Annual Golf Outing go to The American Diabetes Association through this scholarship in his name. In coming together as a community, thanks to you, lives are being positively affected through your continued support and generosity.

Diabetes touches nearly everyone's life today, sometimes it can be too close to home. It is the intention of this scholarship to assist in making further progress in areas of research and implementing ways into how to best treat, prevent, and ultimately beat this all too common modern killer. Thanks to each one of you, as of September 2007, over $16,000 has been given to the ADA through this important, life giving scholarship. As we look forward to this year and then beyond, the call will be there, and with your help, the solutions. We thank you.

THANK YOU! A big 'thanks' goes out to all who were a part of the 5th Annual Todd Buetow Golf Outing on Saturday, September 27, 2008.

The day began for many with the tee off at noon at Rolling Meadows Golf Course this year followed by food, drinks, prizes, raffles, music and all kinds of fun back at Theos. By being there you all gave that much more special meaning to a very special day. Together this year, thanks to you, we are happy to report that a total of $4,800.00 was raised. Todd would have been thrilled that each one of you were there. For those of you who were lucky enough to know Todd, you can imagine how he'd thank each of you in his own way. For a fun look back at this year's events, we hope that you'll take a few moments and enjoy all the photos posted in several new galleries.

I would like to especially thank Jen and Jim Baudry whose energy, enthusiasm and time spent helping put this year's event together went way beyond any way I could thank them, but I will take this moment to again to try to express my deep appreciation. Next I want to also thank each and every other person who chipped in to help organize or be a part of the day's events with each of your personal contributions of time, talents, and spirit. I've spoken with many of you at the benefit and if I missed you, I want to take this chance to let you know.

So on behalf of myself, the entire Buetow family, and our extended family at Theos we would like to thank you all for coming together on this special day honoring a brother, son, uncle and friend to many. It was a day of many emotions, but ultimately a day of celebration and it was that much more beautiful because we got to share it. Thank You,
